Overseas Sales Manager (International Market Development)

Key Responsibilities

1.Market Development: Independently explore and develop target markets (Europe, Americas, Oceania) through LinkedIn, cold emails, industry databases, trade shows, and other channels.

2.Client Management: Identify, contact, and negotiate with potential customers (farms, integrators, distributors), manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

3.Sales Execution: Conduct product presentations, prepare quotations, handle negotiations, and follow up on orders and after-sales support.

4.Market Intelligence: Gather information on industry trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements in target countries; provide feedback to guide product adaptation and marketing strategy.

5.Brand Promotion: Assist in planning and executing international trade show participation; help prepare and localize marketing materials (brochures, case studies, technical documents) in English.

6.Technical Communication: Translate technical materials from Chinese to English; act as the primary communicator in client meetings (video calls, trade shows); coordinate with the founder (inventor) for in-depth technical support when needed.
